The property located just east of Texas State Highway 249 (SH 249) is minutes from the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8), a major highway tributary with access throughout the greater Houston area.  The Trendsetter complex houses state-of-the-art facilities to accommodate your equipment for indoor and outdoor storage.

In addition, Trendsetter’s Global Readiness Center (GRC) in Houston, Texas is strategically located by Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to provide prompt and efficient access to transport the industry’s emergency response equipment anywhere in the world. The facility is in a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) which allows for all items at this location to be pre-cleared for rapid export without any delays for customs inspection. Trendsetter’s GRC is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and is a full service facility that allows complete asset integrity management of client owned equipment including storage, maintenance, pressure testing, light assembly, and logistics support.
