TRENDSETTER ENGINEERING ZEPHYRUS HIPPS MODULE SUCCESSFULLY DEPLOYED

Houston, TX – Trendsetter Engineering is excited to announce the successful deployment of its latest High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS) and the associated subsea production system for Beacon Offshore for the Zephyrus field in the Gulf of America.  This comprehensive suite includes jumpers and an intermediate structure, along with a robust mudmat foundation for the flowbase. 

Trendsetter’s patented HIPPS module enables subsea tie-ins to existing flowlines, creating a subsea hub that unlocks ILX opportunities.  By integrating the HIPPS Module, Beacon Offshore can efficiently leverage existing flowlines, risers, and topside facilities for connection to the Host Facility, marking a significant milestone in the enhancement of subsea safety and operational efficiency.  

This project also highlights Trendsetter’s strategic partnership with Proserv, who provided the HIPPS control system, and ATV, the supplier of the HIPPS shutdown valves – reinforcing Trendsetter's commitment to delivering state-of-the-art safety solutions.
