Adding Staff and Staff Images

All Staff images should be sized before creating a Staff entry on the Trendsetter Website.

  • Images for the Staff module should be 190px by 190 px like the image box below:


  • When you are ready to add a Staff member, log into the site and navigate to the CONTENT option in the blue navigation bar.
  • Scroll to Staff and click the green + sign to add staff.


  • When you begin to fill out the fields for the Staff member (name, biography, etc.) you will see boxes for DEPARTMENT and POSITION.  These are not required fields, but you can add as many as you like to each drop down.



  • Type in all information necessary for the BIO, emails, phone and so forth.
  • When you get to the bottom of the page you will see STAFF FILES:
  • A Staff file is the Staff Image.  Click "Add another Staff File to expand this box.


Then upload your staff image and Select it to be the FEATURED image.  FEATURED will place this image in the staff search page as well as the Staff Profile as well.



Save and view staff.
